Smoke odor is one of the more difficult odors to remove from your interior. The nicotine and tobacco can trap themselves inside the cloth fibers across your entire interior (in areas you can’t even see).

The two most significant factors to how much odor we can remove will be 1) how long it’s been smoked in and 2) how much it was smoked in.
​
The longer (and more intense) smoking that has taken place in the interior, the harder and longer it will take us to reduce the odor to a satisfactory level. Unfortunately, if it’s a severe condition of years of heavy smoking, our chances of removing 100% are extremely low. At that point, we can definitely reduce the smoke odor. However, to eliminate the smoke odor entirely, you must replace some of the fabric material, like the headliner, carpeting, and floor mats.

Our goal is to not mask the smoke odor with a fragrance or perfume. It’s to remove, reduce, and eliminate the layer of nicotine and tobacco that’s left behind from smoking across your interior. This is the only way to ensure long-term results.

Notice: It is absolutely necessary that you replace your cabin air filter with a new one. If you keep the old one in, even after we do the entire odor removal process, once you turn on your AC, all the trapped smoke odor in the filter will circulate back into the interior.

Notice: This service must, at minimum, be paired with the Express Interior so that we can remove as much of the source of the smoke odor as possible to prevent it from coming back.
Notice: It is also highly recommended that you pair this service with the Executive Interior so that we can extract as much of the smoke smell and bacteria from your cloth seats, carpet, and floor mats as possible. This allows us to remove as much of the odor source as possible.
Smoke Odor Removal Process
1. Ozone Odor Removal Treatment: We will run the treatment for 30 minutes with our commercial-grade Ozone machine.
2. We will let the ozone air out for about 15 minutes and check to see if we need to do another treatment.
3. After the smoke smell is knocked out to the best of our ability, we will then set a fragrance bomb in the car for fifteen minutes to help remove any remaining smells.

Do you come to me?
Yes, we are entirely mobile. We can hand wash your vehicle at your home, apartment, or work.

Do you need access to water?
If we are at your home location, then if allowed, we will use the water spigot you have. If we are at your work or apartment, we have our own water supply that we can utilize.

Do you need access to power?
No, we utilize our generator for all of our electrical needs.

Can you guarantee that the odor will be removed?
This depends on your vehicle's interior condition and how severe the smoke smell is. The goal is always to remove as much of the stench as possible, and if we can, remove it entirely.
